A word from the founders of Christian Artists Together.

Inspired: how would I describe inspired? Inspired, to draw in air, to start a revolution, to support others. Little did we know how relevant the word Inspire would become for 2020. We have all had to change how we live and work because one tiny little microoragism has caused a world wide revolution, and has made all of us think about our communities and how we can support each other and cheer each other on.

 

I cannot think of a better word that fits the current circumstances for an exhibition online in 2020. When Glenda and I realised we couldn’t have a physical exhibition we started to discuss what an online exhibition could look like.We began to get really excited by all the possibilities, the fact that we didn’t need physical submissions, that we aren’t limited by geography, size or even the type of creativity, we realised we could have poets , musicians, dancers, sculptures, land art, and cover the all and everything that is encompassed by Christian Artists Together. There are so many of you with such a huge diversity that an exhibition that only has paintings in would not represent Christian Artists Together in its fullest.
